The Flow Fest is a community-led celebration of wellbeing, creativity, and connection, designed as an open, welcoming space for individuals and families to come together in nature. Set in Dubai Creek Park, the festival offers a carefully curated mix of movement, mindful experiences, creative expression, and thoughtful conversations that support everyday wellbeing.
At the heart of The Flow Fest is the belief that creativity is essential to how we heal and connect. Art, music, dance, writing, and storytelling are woven throughout the program from experiential sessions to literature panels and shared conversations, encouraging participants to slow down, express themselves, and engage meaningfully with one another.
Guided by the pillars Move • Create • Heal, The Flow Fest invites people of all ages and backgrounds to experience wellbeing not as an individual pursuit, but as a shared, collective journey rooted in presence, joy, and mindfulness.
Come join us for free sessions both days, taking place at our 5 stages: mind flow, body flow, heart space, and little flow. Experience our curated collection of conscious brands at the Flow Market, and indulge in delicious, healthy, and enriching Food at the Flow Cafe.
Please note: Entry to the park is subject to a Dubai Municipality park entrance fee of AED 5 per person, payable at the gate. This fee is separate from your Flow Fest ticket and applies even if you have already purchased event tickets.
